Refunds

Thank you for choosing our products. We strive to provide exceptional customer satisfaction, and we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Please carefully review our refund policy below:

  1. Requesting an RMA Number: To initiate a refund, customers must contact our office at (602) 272-0827 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Our customer service representative will assist you in generating a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that we require customers to obtain an RMA number before returning any items.

  2. 45-Day Trial Period: Our products are backed by a 45-day trial period from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within this timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. However, please be aware that the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount (if covered by Snap On Optics at original purchase) and a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from the total refund amount for returned items. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. 

  3. Refund Process: Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, we will issue a refund in the form of a check. Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after the item has been received and inspected. Please note that we only issue refunds via check sent by USPS mail. We do not process refunds directly back to a customers credit card. 

  4. RMA Number Validity: The RMA number provided to you is valid for a period of 10 days from the date of issuance. Please ensure that the returned item is shipped within this timeframe to avoid any complications with the refund process.

  5. Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Any signs of misuse, damage, or alterations may result in a partial refund or the denial of the refund altogether.

  6. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items may be non-refundable, such as PPE products such as face shields, masks, and goggles along with any customized or personalized products.
