TERMS & CONDITIONS

 This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between You, the individual agreeing to the terms herein ("You," "Your," or "Customer"), and Snap On Optics LLC ("We," "Us," or "Company"). Only the managing member(s) of Snap On Optics LLC has the authority to modify the terms of this Agreement.

  1. Risk-Free Trial Offer: By agreeing to these terms, You opt into the Risk-Free 45-Day Trial of the Snap On Optics Loupe Light ("Product"). Your trial period spans 45 days, commencing upon your receipt of the Product. Additional shipments received during this period do not reset the trial period.

  2. Return Procedure: Should You choose to return any product within the 45-day trial period, contact Snap On Optics at (602) 272-0827, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM (MST), to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number provided by a manager. Only the original order placer can initiate this process. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Products must be returned with the original receipt, received at the time of purchase, for refunds.

  3. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned Product and verifying it is in new condition, we will refund the full purchase amount if within the 45-day trial, excluding shipping and handling costs (if they were paid by Snap On Optics). Damaged, contaminated, or incomplete returns will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender. Shipping costs (minimum of $39 for domestic and $75 for international) are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from the total refund amount for returned items outside of the 45-Day Trial Period. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

  4. Shipping Fees: Return labels will only be provided if within the 45-Day Trial Period. A shipping and handling fee of $39 will be charged each time a return label is provided outside of the 45 – Day Trial Period.

  5. Documentation: Please include the original receipt in the return package or fax any necessary supporting documentation to 602-272-0827 or email to customerservice@snaponoptics.com. Failure to provide required information, including loupe type, may result in order delays.

  6. Consent and Refund Limitation: Items sent to our facility without written consent from Snap On Optics will not be processed or refunded. No refunds will be issued after 45 days from the initial product delivery.

  8. Processing Time: Upon receiving a return, it generally takes 3-5 business days to process a refund. Please note that refunds are issued by check and mailed via USPS. We do not process refunds directly to customers' credit cards.

  9. Payment Default: In the event of payment default, you agree to pay all collection costs, including attorney fees, collection fees, and contingent fees to collection agencies. This includes a contingency fee of not less than 35% of the delinquent balance, immediately payable upon referral of your account to the chosen collection agency.

  10. Non-Refundable PPE Products: Products classified as personal protective equipment (PPE), such as face shields, masks, and goggles, are non-refundable.

By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Safety Guide: Snap On Loupe Light emits light that can be harmful to eyes if directly exposed, even at low intensity. Follow these guidelines for your safety and that of others while using the SNAP ON Loupe Light. Snap On Optics is not responsible for injuries resulting from not following these guidelines:

Always point the light away from yourself and others before turning it on.

Avoid looking directly into the loupe light at any intensity.

Take precautions against direct reflections of light from reflective surfaces.
