Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing our products! We stand behind the quality and reliability of our lights, batteries, and loupes, and we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer the following warranty policy:

  1. Lights Warranty: Our lights are covered by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery. During this period, if you encounter any defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product. This warranty applies to all components and parts of the light.

  2. Batteries Warranty: Batteries purchased from us are covered by a warranty period of 1 year from the date of delivery. If you experience any issues with the battery's performance or quality within this timeframe. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and abnormal battery degradation.

  3. Loupes Warranty: Our loupes are backed by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Should you discover any manufacturing defects or faults during this time. This warranty covers structural defects and faults in materials or workmanship.

Submitting Warranty Claims: If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email (customerservice@snaponoptics.com) or phone at 602-272-0827 to initiate the warranty claim process. Provide your order details, purchase date, and a description of the issue you're experiencing.

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return label if items are within the 45-day trial period. Items being warrantied outside of the 45-day trial will require you to ship them into our office at your own expense and we will cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. 

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us at the address listed below. Please include your contact information, original receipt, and a detailed description of the issue.

  4. Once we receive the item, our technicians will assess it and determine the appropriate course of action, whether it can be repaired or replaced.

  5. We will promptly repair or replace the item and return it to you as soon as possible.

Please note the following:

  • This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
